[ 2010/11/01 Մանկական ուղեղային կաթված, թույլ մկաններ, ինքնուրույն չես կարող, սպասիր օգնեմ… Այս բառերն` ուղղված իրեն, նա լսում է անընդհատ…
Իսկ հիմա իրեն առաջարկում են բարձրանալ այս մեծ, հիասքանչ ու միեւույն ժամանակ վախ ներշնչող ձիու վրա: Նա շատ է վախենում: Բայց կամքի ուժով փորձում է հաղթահարել իր վախը, ժպտում է եւ կամաց մեկնում ձեռքը դեպի ձիու տաք քիթը:
Երկչոտ դիպչում է ձիու քթին: Ձին շարժում է գլուխը. ճանճ է քշում: Երեխան վեր է թռչում, ետ է քաշում ձեռքը, նրա խոշոր, սեւ աչքերը կրկին լցվում են երկյուղով:
Ձին, կարծես իրեն մեղավոր զգալով, որ վախեցրեց երեխային, զգուշորեն մռութով ձգվում է դեպի աղջկա ձեռքը ու լեզվի ծայրով լպստում նրա մատները: Աղջնակը կրկին ժպտում է, կրկին ձեռքը մեկնում դեպի ձիու գլուխը: Ձին այս անգամ հանգիստ է կանգնում: Աղջիկը շոյում է ձիու փափուկ մորթին: Ձեռքը տանում է դեպի վիզը, փորը:
Նրան նստեցնում են ձիու տաք մեջքին: Ձին քայլ է անում: Հետո մյուսը: Գետինը, ծառերը սկսում են պտտվել: Աղջնակին թվում է, թե ինքն ընկնում է: Դողդողացող ձեռքը գցում է ձիու բաշի կոշտ մազերին: Մտածում է, թե ցավեցնում է ձիուն ու բաց թողնում մազերը: Նա դեռ չգիտի, որ ձին բաշի եւ պոչի մասում նյարդեր չունի: Նրա ճանապարհը դեպի Ձի դեռ նոր է սկսվում:
Նրան կրկին թվում է, թե ընկնում է: Ձեռքը ահաբեկված գցում է սեփական տաբատին: Ամուր սեղմում է մատները: Լարում է բոլոր մկանները, որ չընկնի:
Ձիավարժարանում մի շրջանից հետո ավելի հեշտ է դառնում:
Դեռ շարունակում է սղալ, բայց արդեն կարողանում է պահել իրեն ձեռքերով: Եվ թեպետ ոտքերը լարված են, իսկ ձեռքերը ցավում են, այնքան ուժեղ է դրանք սեղմել, սակայն երեխան ծիծաղում է:
Բարձր ու լիաթոք: Նրա 8-ամյա փոքրիկ հոգին ունակ չէ բառերով բացատրել, թե ինչու է այդքան ուրախ, թե ինչու է ուզում ողջ աշխարհը գրկել ու պատմել իր երջանկության մասին:
Տասը րոպե անց նրան իջեցնում են ձիուց, եւ ինքը պետք է ինքնուրույն, առանց բռնվելու կանգնի, իսկ հիպոթերապիստը պիտի հաշվի: Մեկ, երկու, երեք… ութ, ու աղջնակն ընկնում է մոր ձեռքերին:
Սակայն նրա թուլությունն այլեւս չի առաջացնում զայրույթ, այլ միայն ծիծաղ, կրկին փորձելու ցանկություն: Բայց հիմա նրան այլ փորձություն է սպասվում: Ութ շուն վազում են դեպի աղջիկը, որպեսզի ծանոթանան, շփվեն, սիրվեն: Շներից աղջնակն ավելի է վախենում, քան ձիուց:
Կպչում է մորը, խնդրում գրկել իրեն, նստեցնել սեղանին, որեւէ տեղ, ուր շները չեն հասնի իրեն: Հիպոթերապիստն ու մարզիչը ետ են կանչում շներին: Յոթը ենթարկվում են:
Սակայն ամենափոքրիկը` սեւուսպիտակ Մաշան, չի հավատում, որ այս աշխարհում գտնվել է մեկը, ով իրեն տեսնելիս չի ցանկանում միանգամից գրկել, շոյել ու խաղալ իր հետ:
Նա նորից մոտենում է երեխային եւ, ուշադրություն չդարձնելով նրա ճիչերին, համառորեն քսվում ոտքերին: Վերջապես աղջնակը որոշում է շոյել նրան:
Վախվորելով, զգուշորեն, ընդամենը երկու մատով: Բոլորը գովում են նրան, ասում, թե ինչ համարձակն է: Դա նրան դուր է գալիս: Վերադառնում է զգացողությունը, թե ինքն ուժեղ է:
- Մենք կգա՞նք այստեղ վաղը,- պսպղացող աչքերով հարցնում է մորը:
Մայրը գլխով է անում: Նրա աչքերը թաց են:
Հաջորդ օրը սկսվում են վարժությունները քայլող ձիու վրա: Անօգնականության զգացումը վերադառնում է: Ոչինչ չի ստացվում: Նա չի կարողանում ձեռքերը վեր եւ կողք բարձրացնել, միանգամից ընկնում է ձիու վզին: Երկյուղով նայում է հիպոթերապիստին ու մարզչին. մի՞թե իրեն կրկին թույլ կանվանեն:
-Չեմ կարող,- շշնջում է հազիվ լսելի:
-Կարող ես,- լսում է հանգիստ պատասխանը:- Միայն պիտի շատ աշխատես:
Ու նա աշխատում է: Ու ստացվում է: Միանգամից չէ, ոչ մեկ օրվա, այլ ամիսների քրտնաջան աշխատանքի ընթացքում…
Մի քանի ամիս անց հավասարակշռության եւ կոորդինացիայի լավացմանն ուղղված վարժությունները, որոնք դժվար են նույնիսկ շատ մեծահասակ հեծյալների համար, աղջիկը կատարում է հեշտությամբ, նույնիսկ փակ աչքերով: Նա այլեւս չի կանգնում հաշվելով, նա արդեն փորձում է ինքնուրույն քայլեր անել: Մեկ, երկու, երեք… այսօր ինը ինքնուրույն քայլ:
Ձի նստելուց առաջ աղջնակը ծիսակարգ ունի: Նա վերցնում է Մաշային ծնկներին, Մաշան պառկում է մեջքի վրա եւ երանության մեջ փակում աչքերը, երբ երեխան շոյում է իր սպիտակասեւ փորիկը: Հետո հասնում է մյուս շների հերթը: Նա գիտի բոլորի պատմություններն ու խնդիրները:
Հոգատար հարցնում է` ինչպե՞ս է Դորայի ոտքը, լավանու՞մ է (Դորային գտել էինք փողոցում վրաերթ եղած ու վիրահատել): Իսկ Բիմի ստամոքսն ինչպե՞ս է, երեկ ցավում էր: Բիմն ու Ասլանը դեռ կռվու՞մ են իրար հետ, թե՞ ընկերացել են: Իսկ Արջուկն ու Դոդոն դեռ պայքարու՞մ են տարածքի համար:
Հետո կերակրում է ձիերին խնձորով ու շաքարով: Եվ տրտնջում, որ այ Խարունժին միանգամից վրա է տալիս շաքարին, իսկ Սալման կտրականապես հրաժարվում է անգամ փորձելուց:
Եվ հարյուրերորդ անգամ հարցնում է, թե երբ է կարելի լինելու հեծնել Ժեֆային: Ու հարյուրերորդ անգամ լսում, որ Ժեֆան դժվար ու նյարդային ձի է, որ դեռ վաղ է, բայց մի օր հերթն անպայման կհասնի եւ Ժեֆային:
Իսկ Սալմային երեխան արդեն ինքն է կառավարում: Սալման մի առանձնահատկություն ունի. նա տարբեր է վերաբերվում հիպոթերապիայի պարապմունքներին հաճախող երեխաներին եւ մեծահասակ հեծյալներին:
Երեխաների հետ նա լսող է եւ հնազանդ: Իսկ հեծյալները բավական է շեղվեն մի պահ, ու Սալման սկսում է այսուայն կողմ տանել, ընդ որում` այնպիսի անմեղ տեսքով, ասես ընդամենը նրանց հրամանն է կատարում: Աղջնակին ձին ընդունում է որպես «երեխա»:
Բայց այսօր, երբ աղջկան թողնում են լրիվ մենակ ձիու հետ, Սալման հասնում է շրջադարձին, մի պահ կանգ առնում ու ձախ շրջադարձ վերցնելու փոխարեն տանում ձիավարժարանից դուրս: Աղջնակը քարանում է հրճվանքից: Նա գիտի Սալմայի այս առանձնահատկությունը:
Եվ մինչ մյուս «առողջ եւ ուժեղ» հեծյալները բղավում էին Սալմայի վրա նրա այդ հնարքի համար, «հիվանդ եւ թույլ» աղջիկը ծածուկ երազում էր, որ Սալման իրեն էլ նույն կերպ վերաբերվի, ոչ որպես երեխայի, այլ որպես հեծյալի: Եվ հրաշքը տեղի է ունենում. Սալման ճանաչում է իրեն որպես հեծյալի:
Աղջիկն իրեն աշխարհի տիրակալ է զգում է: Ուժեղ, մեծ, ամենակարող: Էյֆորիայի այդ զգացողությունը… Ապրելու, շարունակելու, ուրախանալու անզուսպ ցանկությունը… Նրա մայրը հենց դրա համար է սիրում ձիուն, որ նա իր երեխայի մեջ արթնացնում է այս զգացմունքները:
Իր դուստրը շատ բուժումներ ու թերապիաներ է ստացել, բայց հիպոթերապիան միակն է դրանցից, որի ժամանակ երեխան չի զգում, որ բուժում է ստանում, միակը, որի ժամանակ մայրը տեսնում է ոչ թե ձանձրույթով լի աչքեր, երբ երեխային ստիպում են բազմիցս կրկնել միեւնույն վարժությունները, այլ երջանկություն: Անսահման, անհուն երջանկություն:
Աղջնակն արդեն սովորում է վարգել: Երբ կենտրոն նոր աշակերտ է գալիս, հենց իրեն են խնդրում զբաղվել նրա հետ: Եվ նա` «թույլ, անկարող» աղջնակը, բացատրում է «մեծ, ուժեղ» մարդուն, որ ձիավարել սովորելը հեշտ չէ, պետք է երկար ու համառ աշխատել, բայց ինքն անպայման կկարողանա, եթե շատ ուզենա:
Նաեւ պատմում է, թե ձիու մեջքի տատանումների ռիթմն ինչպես է ազդում հեծյալի մկանների վրա, եւ ինչպես են ձիու վրա անհետանում բոլոր վատ մտքերն ու տխրությունը: Նա ուզում է մարզիչ դառնալ, երբ մեծանա:
Ու նաեւ… Աղջնակն արդեն ինը տարեկան էր, բայց չէր հաճախում դպրոց: Չէր ուզում: Վախենում էր: Գիտեր, որ նման չէ մյուսներին: Վախենում էր, որ այնտեղ էլ չի կարողանա, կլինի «թույլ»:
Հիմա նա էլ չի վախենում: Եթե ինքը կարող է ձեռքի թեթեւ շարժումով կառավարել այս մեծ նժույգին, ապա կարող է հաղթահարել ամեն ինչ: Ու հայտնում է մորը, որ կուզենար դպրոց գնալ: Բայց այնպիսի դպրոց, որտեղ անպայման նկարչության դաս լինի: Որովհետեւ, բացի մարզչից, նա նաեւ ուզում է նկարչուհի դառնալ եւ ձի նկարել:

A road movie set in the craggy mountains of Armenia, this film tells the story of the brief but emotive relationship between a young American who has come to the Caucasus to take geographic measurements for satellite images, and an Armenian photographer who has left her country and is now returning for the first time in years. At their first meeting the pair decides to set off together to explore unchartered territory.
Will Shepard is something of a loner; you could describe his job as ‘ground truthing’. It involves checking the accuracy of satellite images and correcting any discrepancies that might occur between the satellite pictures and the real landscape on the ground. It’s a job that Will has been doing for years, all over the world.
But this is also a ‘research trip’ for Gadarine, his companion. Gadarine is struggling to come to terms with her past: she is keen to find out what – if anything – still connects her to her native land and its culture.
Practically from their first meeting, these two lone travellers enter into an instantaneous, almost subconscious bond. And, as their journey through the wild and romantic landscape progresses, this connection deepens. When their journey comes to an end they are faced with the difficult decision of which path each of them should now take.

and [Rec] 2 . But be warned, the clinical tests have shown that watching a movie, especially the second, deprived of sleep. she was not looking, so far. in the trailer also promised that you will not sleep after viewing:

I thought something serious had happened, okzlos just watched a film of horror and a couple of days can not sleep, especially scary when it gets dark and can no longer be alone! is the same: D then had to turn all the lights in the house and an hour to listen as he recounts the multicolored this film. failed to stop, calm down, too. had to euthanize valerian and sleeping pills. then persuaded that I, too, watched this movie. and he would be reviewed with me! one is afraid. frightened by his condition, I have not looked.

Egypt's embattled President Hosni Mubarak abruptly stepped down as president, ending his 30-year-reign, and Egyptian armed forces will take over the leadership of the country, vice president Omar Suleiman announced today.
Crowds gathered in Cairo's Tahrir Square erupted into loud cheers, chanting "Egypt is free, Egypt is free," as the historic announcement was made.
"My fellow citizens. In this difficult time that the country is going through, President Mohamed Hosni Mubarak has decided to relieve himself of his position as president and the Supreme military council has taken control of the state's affairs. May God protect us," Suleiman said during his somber one-minute announcement on TV.
The surprise statement brought to an end Mubarak's 30-year reign, making him the second Arab leader forced to resign by a remarkable populist and largely peaceful uprising. Last month, Tunisia's president Zine al-Abidine Ben Ali resigned and left the country in the face of massive street protests against his regime.
Mubarak's resignation comes 18 days since the beginning of protests that have rocked the region.
The 82-year-old president left the presidential palace in Cairo earlier today as protesters kept the pressure on the government to force Mubarak out of office.
Sources told ABC News that Mubarak had gone to an estate he owns in Sharm el-Sheikh, a resort town on the Red Sea about 250 miles from the protests in Cairo. Mubarak told ABC News last week he may eventually retire to the resort town, but vowed never to leave Egypt.
In a sign of the regime's collapse, Hossam Badrawi -- who was appointed head of the ruling party just days ago -- announced just hours ago that he will resign from his post. Badrawi was widely cited by news outlets on Thursday as saying that Mubarak would step down, reports that turned out be false.
The military earlier today announced on state television that the regime's much hated emergency law will be lifted when the security situation allows. Egypt's controversial emergency laws have been in place since the assassination of President Anwar Sadat in 1967 and give the government far-reaching powers at the expense of judicial review and civil liberties. The army also encouraged protesters to leave the streets and return to their homes.
But demonstrators were defiant, filling Tahrir Square for an 18th day to demand Mubarak's ouster. Thousands more marched toward the state television building, a prime new target for today's protests.
Others converged on the presidential palace, blocking roads leading up to the president's residence. The mood was largely peaceful and celebratory, yet determined, as soldiers and protesters cheered and waved at each other. There were no signs of pro-Mubarak demonstrators in the crowd, as had been the case earlier in the day.
The side streets around Tahrir, or Liberation, Square were packed as crowds streamed toward what has become the heart of these 18-day long anti-government demonstration. Instead of the rage felt Thursday night when Mubarak went on national television and said he would not leave office, there appeared to be a new energy and determination in the crowd.
The health ministry doubled the number of ambulances parked outside the square, and there was a mobile hospital present. But soldiers seemed relaxed, smiling at the crowds, and there was a collective commitment by protesters to keep the demonstrations non-violent.
Similar scenes played out in the port cities of Alexandria and Mansoura.
The turmoil in Egypt, preceded by a similar uprising in Tunisia, has rocked the Arab world. Many are concerned about the government falling into the hands of the Muslim Brotherhood, an outlawed group, and the outbreak of violence.
"The role of the rest of the world is to tell them honestly but behind closed doors on secure lines, 'We are ready to be there beside you if you move concretely and coherently toward change. We respect your need to avoid it falling into the hands of extremists. We understand that you need some time," Israeli Defence Minister Ehud Barak told ABC News Thursday.

Mini-SAR, a lightweight, synthetic aperture radar, found more than 40 small craters with water ice. The craters range in size from 2 to15 km (1 to 9 miles) in diameter. Although the total amount of ice depends on its thickness in each crater, it is estimated there could be at least 600 million metric tons of water ice.
“The emerging picture from the multiple measurements and resulting data of the instruments on lunar missions indicates that water creation, migration, deposition and retention are occurring on the moon,” said Paul Spudis, principal investigator of the Mini-SAR experiment at the Lunar and Planetary Institute in Houston. “The new discoveries show the moon is an even more interesting and attractive scientific, exploration and operational destination than people had previously thought.”
During the past year, the Mini-SAR mapped the moon’s permanently-shadowed polar craters that aren’t visible from Earth. The radar uses the polarization properties of reflected radio waves to characterize surface properties. Results from the mapping showed deposits having radar characteristics similar to ice.
“After analyzing the data, our science team determined a strong indication of water ice, a finding which will give future missions a new target to further explore and exploit,” said Jason Crusan, program executive for the Mini-RF Program for NASA’s Space Operations Mission Directorate in Washington.
The results are consistent with recent findings of other NASA instruments and add to the growing scientific understanding of the multiple forms of water found on the moon. Previously, the Moon Mineralogy Mapper discovered water molecules in the moon’s polar regions, while water vapor was detected by NASA’s Lunar Crater Observation and Sensing Satellite, or LCROSS.
Mini-SAR and Moon Mineralogy Mapper are two of 11 instruments on Chandrayaan-1. The Mini-SAR’s findings are being published in the journal Geophysical Research Letters.
